Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping of purchased goods and services through www.vanproinc.com is restricted to CanadaFor purchases outside Canada request quotation through our website in the section contact us, by email at info@vanproinc.com or by telephone at 1 514 631-9399.

Van Pro Inc. uses multiple freight and transport companies for shipping of products. In the case that shipping and handling fees are not available online, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide transport rates and complete the order offline.

In the case that shipping and handling fees are not available online for clients with accounts and payment terms of Net 30 days, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide the transport rates and complete the order offline. 

Van Pro has worked to provide an average delay for items; however, shipping delays may vary and are not guaranteed. Most item’s ship within 4 to 10 days, however longer delays can be expected for certain items.

The following freight rule applies to orders shipped on common carries used by Van Pro:

*FREE SHIPPING does not apply for deliveries to residential addresses. Additional lift gate charges are applicable for all residential addresses.

*FREE SHIPPING does not apply for commercial shipments requiring lift gates.

Wherever lift gates are required there will be an additional fee of 125$ plus taxes. Lift gate request must be made during check out. Van Pro will not be responsible for any additional transport charges incurred for any shipments where a lift gate is required and was not requested on order. Any additional charges, where lift gate is required, will be charged automatically to credit card or customer account.

It is the customers responsibility to have the means to unload shipments upon arrival to delivery location. Shipments may require a lift gates, forklifts loading docks or other means.

Customer satisfaction is top priority for Van Pro Inc. If the customer is not satisfied with a purchase, returns may be made within 30 days or the purchase date if the item or packaging is undamaged or altered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking charge will be applied on all returned Legend Fleet Solutions items. A 20% restocking charge will be applied for all other returned items. Products can be returned by mail or directly in store at the customers expense. The customer should return the product to:

If the customer wants to exchange an item for a different size or color, restocking charges are waived. Return of items are at the expense of the customer. The customer must pay for any new shipping and handling fees and any difference in price. Certain conditions apply.

Partial refunds may be applicable for items returned more than 30 days after delivery, as well as damaged items or items with missing parts. All personalized and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. All liquidation items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Other selected items may be exempt from return policy.

The client will be responsible for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, Van Pro Inc. will notify the client of the approval or rejection of the requested refund. If the return is approved, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used, within a 10-14 business days.

Van Pro Inc. only replaces items if they are defective or damaged upon being received by the client. If a shipment is received with damaged boxes, customer should mark on the shipping company waybill upon reception of damaged boxes. Picture proof of damaged boxes and notification/ complaint on shipment waybill will be required for all item replacement.
